1. Service Delivery Policy

We ensure that every project or training service is delivered on time, in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule, and specifications defined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Delivery timeline: Timelines are defined at the time of contract signing or quotation approval. KAPO GROUP will notify the client immediately if any delay is expected due to technical, regulatory, or force majeure circumstances.
  • Digital delivery: All services, including software, reports, or training materials, are delivered electronically via secure channels (email, client dashboard, or repository link). Physical deliveries are not applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

We provide flexibility and clarity in managing ongoing or planned projects while maintaining contractual fairness under EU commercial law.

2.1 Service Cancellations

Marketing, IT Integration, Design, and Development Services:

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date of the service.
  • If the service is already in progress, a prorated refund will be granted for unperformed portions only. Completed work is non-refundable.
  • For retainer-based contracts, clients must provide a 30-day written notice before discontinuation.

2.2 Training and Courses

Online Training:

  • Cancellations for online training or certification programs must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase if the content has not yet been accessed or used.
  • Once a participant has accessed, downloaded, or started a course, cancellations are not eligible for refunds under EU e-commerce directives.

3. Return and Refund Policy

KAPO GROUP s.r.o. guarantees professional execution and accuracy in all deliverables. However, if the outcome does not align with agreed specifications, the following refund terms apply under EU and Slovak law.

3.1 Refunds for Services

  • If the client is dissatisfied with the service, they may request a review of the deliverables. If no satisfactory resolution is reached, a partial refund may be issued for the uncompleted portion of the project.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for services that have been fully rendered, delivered, and accepted by the client.

3.2 Refunds for Training Programs

Online Courses:

  • Full refunds apply only within the 7-day cooling-off period, provided the digital materials have not been accessed.
  • If access is prevented by a technical issue attributable to KAPO GROUP, the client may request a replacement access or a refund, depending on the severity of the disruption.

3.3 Non-Refundable Deliverables

  • Custom projects such as individual marketing strategies, API integrations, UI/UX design, and tailored development work are non-refundable once completed or delivered, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4. Process for Cancellations and Refunds

To request a cancellation, refund, or delivery clarification:

  • Our service department will review your request within 5 business days and confirm eligibility for refund or corrective measures.

In rare cases of unforeseen delays caused by technical, regulatory, or force majeure events, KAPO GROUP will cooperate to find an equitable resolution, including rescheduling, service credits, or proportional refunds. Such adjustments are handled in compliance with EU consumer fairness and contractual performance laws.
